    (rough skin slougher)

    4 C. kosher or sea salt
    6 oz. water
    2 oz. almond oil


    Mix well. After wetting entire body in tub or shower,
    gently rub handsful of the salt mixture all over,
    starting with the feet and working up. Use firm,
    vertical strokes or a circular motion. Rinse body and
    repeat the massaging process with a loofah lathered
    with grainy soap. Rinse again. Your skin will feel
    smooth and clean.
