6 pork chops
6 T. uncooked rice
1 med. sliced onion
2 c. canned tomatoes
Recipe
Arrange pork chops in casserole; add onion. Place one tablespoon uncooked rice on each chop. Cover rice with a slice of tomato. Pour remaining juice and tomatoes over all. Cover and bake at 375� for about 1 hour or until tender.
