    Peachy Mustard Baby Back Ribs

    List of Ingredients

    4 pounds baby back ribs, about 2 full racks
    1/3 cup honey mustard
    3 Tbls peach preserves
    3 Tbls peanut oil
    3 Tbls lemon juice
    2 cloves minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste


    Recipe

    Mix together everything but the ribs. Marinate ribs in sauce
    for 30 minutes to an hour. Prepare grill for indirect
    grilling. When the grill is hot, place the ribs on the grill
    and cook for about 20 minutes per side.
