    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 can sauerkraut, drained
    1 apple, peeled and chopped
    1 tablespoon chopped onion
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 teaspoons caraway seed
    � cup catsup
    1 cup sour cream
    pinch of salt

    Recipe



    Brown pork chops. Mix all other ingredients together.
    Place browned pork chops in bottom of a glass baking dish or other shallow baking container. Spoon mixture on top and bake at 350� about 45 minutes.
    Serves six.
