    Serves: 10

    1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing,
    1 lb. cleaned medium shrimp
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    20 flour tortillas (6 inch)


    Pour 3/4 cup of the dressing over shrimp; cover. Refrigerate 1
    hour to marinate. Drain; discard dressing. Thread shrimp onto 6
    skewers. Place skewers on greased grill over medium-hot coals.
    Grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink.
    Remove shrimp from skewers; chop shrimp. Toss shrimp with corn,
    red pepper, cheese, cilantro and remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
    Spoon evenly onto 10 of the tortillas; top each with second
    tortilla. Place on greased grill over low coals. Grill 2 to 3
    minutes or until tortillas are golden brown on both sides and
    cheese is melted, turning once.
