    Sandwiches with a new twist--turkey, cheese and vegetables piled high on

    List of Ingredients

    Preparation 10 min.

    1/4 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
    4 herb or onion bagels, split in half
    4 lettuce leaves
    8 (1-ounce) slices deli turkey breast
    4 green bell pepper rings
    4 (2 3/4 x 1 1/8 x 1/4-inch) slices LAND O LAKES® Chedarella® Cheese
    4 tomato slices
    1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts


    Spread bottom half of each bagel with 1 tablespoon butter.

    To assemble each sandwich, layer bottom half of bagel with 1 lettuce leaf, 2
    slices turkey, 1 green pepper ring, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice tomato and 2
    tablespoons alfalfa sprouts; cover with top half of bagel.
    Yield: 4 sandwiches
