Your show is great, with one exception. Bacon fat is used often. What can those with Artery problems substitute for bacon and butter. You might mention this now and then. Thank You.

Today was my first time to watch you doing those great recipes. However, I do think you should give some thought to those of us, and there are quite a few million victims, of Artery Disease who must not consume bacon fat, butter and too much sugar or salt. What about us? Please give us substitute add-ons, as well. Thank you and Good Luck! I love your style!
