Easy Coconut Cake

A very dear deceased friend, Louise McGhee.
List of Ingredients
2 cups self-Rising Flour
2 cups Sugar
1 cuo Cooking Oil
1 cup Buttermilk
1 small can Angel-Flake Coconut
1/2 teaspoon Coconut Flavoring
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased
and floured sheet pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Coconut Flavoring
Bring water and sugar to boil for one minute.
Remove from heat and add flavoring.
Pour over cake while warm.
NOTE: Glaze can be made in a microwave
oven by cooking water and sugar on high
for three minutes and then add flavoring.
