    Easy Pie Crust

    From a sister-in-law, Maxine Kesterson.

    Recipe Introduction

    Very easy to work with. This pie crust will not come apart when transferring it to a pie pan,or baking dish for a cobbler.

    List of Ingredients

    3 cups plain flour
    1 egg, beaten, add enough milk to egg to make 1 cup
    1 cup crisco.


    Knead together and chill in refrigerator.
    Then roll out to make crust.
    Makes 5 pie crust, or 1 crust for cobbler.
