    Mexican Fudge


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    • 8 oz/. Cheddar cheese
    • 1 can chopped green chilis
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 4 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Spray 8" casserole with PAM. Sprinkle jack cheese over bottom. Top with chilies then cheddar.
    2. Beat eggs and milk and pour over cheese.
    3. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Cut into small squares.


    Final Comments


    I prefer the frozen Bueno chilies and use more than would be in a 4oz. can.
