    List of Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
    • 1 1/2 tbsp paprika
    • pepper to taste
    • 1 1/2-lbs orange roughy fillets


    1. Line broiler pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Combine Cajun seasoning, paprika and pepper in small plastic bag; shake until seasonings are blended. Arrange fillets on foil; sprinkle with seasoning mixture and spray lightly with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Preheat broiler on high heat; cook fish on top rack 5 to 6 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork and is lightly browned.
