    Peppermint Cooler

    Recipe Introduction

    Makes six servings.

    List of Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp cocoa
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 3 tbsp boiling water
    • 6 cups milk
    • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract


    1. Blend together cocoa and sugar; add boiling water.

    2. Mix until free of lumps.

    3. Add milk and peppermint extract; beat until blended.

    4. Pour into tall glasses and serve with sprigs of mint.
