    List of Ingredients


    • 1 qt. fresh, washed strawberries, well-drained
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup water
    • 3 tablespoons strawberry Jello�
    • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
    • Baked pie shell


    Instructions


    1. Boil water, sugar, Jello� and cornstarch until it begins to thicken. Let stand until cool.
    2. Drain berries. Put in bottom of baked pie shell. Pour mixture over berries.
    3. Top with whipped cream or other whipped topping. Can be made the night before and put together before serving.
