    Recipe Introduction

    It's funny. Until Cheryl sent me this, I had forgotten all about Hanky Panky's! What a wonderful surprise and memory of horse divers!! I love these and will have to make them this Christmas season.Cheryl wrote: Hanky Panky is just a great recipe that I devised combining other similar ones...the children loved heaping the mixture on the small breads...how delicate they treated those pumpernickel slices...like canvass' of art!

    List of Ingredients

    1 Package/Roll - Zesty Bob Evans Breakfast Sausage
    1 Pound � Ground Round
    1 Pound Box � Velveeta Cheese
    2 Loaves � Pumpernickel Cocktail Bread


    Recipe

    Fry sausage; drain fat then place in a bowl.
    Fry ground round; drain fat and then add the sausage back to the pan with the ground round.
    Mix two meats in the fry pan and then on top add sliced chunks of the Velveeta cheese.
    Cover and let cheese melt in. Stir to mix.

    Place bread slices on ungreased cookie sheet; place a tablespoon of mixture on each slice; put under broiler for about 1-2 minutes�keep checking so as to not burn.
