My friend Holly has a recipe card called Daddy's Famous Yams. She has been making these this exact way for years
and everyone LOVES them, even the people who don�t care for yams
Totally eat these!
List of Ingredients
1 29 oz Can of Yams
2 tbsp Butter or margarine
1/4cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Small marshmallow
Recipe
1.Add can of Yams to Baking Dish keeping about 4 tablespoons of juice in the bottom.
2.Keep yams in chunks cutting any large pieces into medium.
3.Sprinkle brown sugar all over top of yams.
4.Put small time amounts of butter in several spots between the yams.
5.Sprinkle marshmallow over top.
6.Bake in microwave covered for about 10 mins checking ever 5. Ready when marshmallows are totally melted.
