    Super Duper Burgers


    (Makes 4 quarter pound burgers)

    1 Lb. Ground Round Beef
    3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
    2 Tbsp. Hidden valley Ranch Dip (Powder)
    1 Tsp. minced garlic
    4 thin slices Bermuda onion
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    4 seeded buns (or Kaiser rolls)
    4 Tbsp. Mayo
    Freshly ground pepper to taste

    Mix together sour cream and Ranch Dip. Put ground beef in a bowl.
    Combine with Ranch mixture, minced garlic and pepper to taste. Form in
    to 4 patties. Saut� burgers in fry pan on one side until well-browned.
    Turn burgers and saut� about 2 minutes more. Place onion slice on each
    patty; cover and saut� about 2 mins. Meanwhile, spread Mayo on buns.
    Place slice of cheese over onion; cover and saut� until cheese is
    melted. Serve on buns and enjoy!
