cranberry white choc scones

These were inspired by Starbuck's Cranberry Bliss Bars. Serve with Fat Free or Reduced Fat Cream Cheese (don't forget to add points if necessary)
List of Ingredients
2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp table salt
3 Tbsp Land O Lakes Stick Light Butter
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 cups cranberries
1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Measure flour, splenda, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into large bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Add white choc chips, cranberries, vanilla and milk. Stir to form soft dough.
Turn out onto lightly floured board; knead gently 8 to 10 times. Pat into two 6-inch circles. Place on greased baking sheet.
Score each top into six pie-shaped wedges.
Bake for 15 minutes or until browned and risen.
