    I just modified this a bit to be more WW friendly this is going to be made for Easter Sunday! YUMMY!!!!

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 Store Bought Angel Food Cake
    • 1 C. Thawed light Cool Whip
    • 1 Can crushed Pineapple undrained
    • 1 pkg. sugar free/fat free vanilla pudding mix
    • 1 c. fresh strawberry slices


    1. Cut Angel Food Cake into 3 equal layers (crosswise)
    2. Mix pineapple and pudding mix until well mixed
    3. Fold in coolwhip
    4. On a serving plate spread 1 1/3 c. up the pudding mixture on top of the bottom layer of cake
    5. Repeat next layer with 1 c. of pudding mixture
    6. Top with last layer and frost with last of pudding mixture
    7. Refrigerate atleast one hour
    8. Top with sliced strawberries right before serving

    140 cal/1g fat/1g fiber
