    Taco Nachos Chili in a Bowl

    I saw her make this one Saturday and thought WOW that can be totally WW friendly. This is going to be a great Super Bowl Party Dish!

    List of Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Ground Sirloin 95% lean
    1 small Onion Chopped finely
    2 Jalepenos (more or less to taste) Seeded and diced
    2 T. Cumin
    2 T. Chili Powder
    1 C. Water
    1 1/2 C. Shredded Fat Free Cheddar
    6 servings Baked Bite Sized Tortilla Chips


    Brown Ground beef, onions and jalepenos together drain off any grease (there will be very very little)

    Add the seasonings and water let simmer 10 min.

    Either in 1 large serving bowl or 6 individual bowls layer a layer of chips then cheese then meat repeat

    7 Pts Per Serving - 6 Servings OR 2 WPAs per serving

    Serve with Avocado & Tomato Salad (in the Salads section)
