    List of Ingredients

    1 (8 oz) pkg FF cream cheese, softened.
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 C boiling water
    1 pkg (4 serving size)sugar free Strawberry gelatin
    1/2 C cold water
    1 1/2 C FF Cool Whip
    2 C sliced strawberries


    Beat cream cheese and vanilla til smooth.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin mix til completely dissolved.
    Add cold water til slightly thickened.
    Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, beating after each addition til blended.
    Gently stir in Cool Whip and strawberries.
    Spoon into 10 serving dishes and refrigerate at least an hour or til set.
    Serve with a dollop more of Cool Whip.
