    Perk up plain yogurt with the flavor of dill and moisten these grilled salmon steaks

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 C. Plain Non Fat Yogurt
    • 2 tsp minced fresh dill
    • 1/4 C. chopped scallions
    • 1 tsp capers
    • 2 tsp minced parsley
    • 1 tsp minced chives
    • 1 T olive oil
    • 2 lb salmon steaks


    1. In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use
    2. Spray the racksof the grill with non stick spray (I like olive oil flavor)
    3. Brush the salmon steaks with olive oil and grill over medium=hot heat for 4 min per side or just until salmon flakes with a fork
    4. Serve with dill sauce on side
