My mother in law makes these and I just tinkered with them to make them Weight Watcher friendly. Much better then what you buy in a can!
List of Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Sirloin (95% or more lean)
1 1/2 C. Ketchup
1/4 C. Mustard
1 C. Splenda
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
Brown Ground Sirloin until cooked through. Drain off any excess fat (there should not be much). Wipe the skillet out and place the meat back in.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir and simmer 10-15 minutes.
Serves 6 @ 3pts per serving (great served on 1pt buns for a filling 4pt. sandwhich!)
