    List of Ingredients


    • 8 medium potatoes (4oz each)
    • 4tsp fresh minced parsley
    • 2 tsp fresh minced chives
    • 2 tsp fresh minced rosemary
    • 1 tsp fresh minced thyme
    • 1 T olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Scrub potatoes, and cut each one in half
    2. Cook, covered in boiling water for 15 min. Drain
    3. In a small roasting pan, toss cooked potatoes with herbs and oil.
    4. Bake at 350* for 10 min until crusty and browned
