    Preparation time:
    Number of serving 8-10
    Very good for crackers.

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 pound beef liver
    • 3 cups boiling water
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 large onion, finely chopped
    • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    • 1/2 garlic
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
    • Parsley sprigs


    1. In a pot, add livers and bay leaf to boiling water, cook for 10 -15 minutes. Remove and then removes any membrances. Chopped finely or put thru food processor add onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and eggs. Blend til smooth, blend in butter and then gradually shape into an oval ball.Chill at least 1 hour. Spread parsley on top if desn serving. Serve with your favorite crackers.
