    List of Ingredients




    � cup water
    3 tablespoons orange juice
    2 tablespoons molasses
    1 tablespoon oil
    1� cups bread flour
    2/3 cup medium rye flour
    1� tablespoons yellow cornmeal
    3 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
    1� teaspoons caraway seeds
    � teaspoon fennel seeds
    � teaspoon grated orange zest
    � teaspoon salt
    1� teaspoons bread machine yeast

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in pan according to the manufacturer�s directions. Set crust on medium and program for basic bread cycle. After baking cycle ends, remove from pan and place on a rack to cool.
    This made a beautiful loaf. I set crust for light and it still was plenty dark. I like the seeds, but they could be left out.
