    List of Ingredients




    � cup water
    2/3 cup buttermilk
    1� tablespoons olive oil
    1� tablespoons dark honey
    2� cups bread flour
    1/3 cup instant potato flakes
    1 tablespoon gluten
    1� teaspoons salt
    1� teaspoons SAF yeast
    or 2� teaspoons bread machine yeast

    Put liquid in machine pan, then flour before potato flakes; they soak up water before flour can get hydrated. The dough will be slightly sticky but stiff at the same time. The potato flakes soak up liquid during the rises. 1� pound loaf.
