    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 1/4 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
    1/3 c. Butter, melted
    1/4 c. Sugar

    Filling / Topping:
    16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
    2 Eggs
    2/3 c. Sugar - divided
    2 tsp Vanilla - divided
    Pinch Salt
    1 c. Sour Cream

    Recipe



    Mix and pat crust in 9" pie plate (or springform). Chill. Beat cheese and eggs on medium speed for 1 minute. Add 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and salt. Beat until well blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 350� for 35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spread over top. Bake for 10 minutes more. Cool 3 hours. Serve plain or with topping of your choice. Delicious!
