Chocolate Coca Cola Marshmallow Cake

List of Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup butter, room temperature
3 TB cocoa
1 cup coca cola
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
Frosting, recipe follows
Sift together sugar and flour. Set aside.
In a sauce pan, melt butter, cocoa and cocoa cola together. Boil for 1 minute
and then pour
into dry mixture.
Add buttermilk. Beat the eggs into the mixture until smooth. Add marshmallows
and mix. Stir
in the vanilla.
Pour into a 9" x 13" greased and floured baking pan.
Bake in preheated 350� F., oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick
inserted in center comes
out clean. Remove cake from oven and cool before frosting.

~~~Frosting~~~
1/2 cup butter
3 TB cocoa
6 TB coca cola
1 lb. box (3-3/4 cups) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix butter, cocoa and cola in top part of double boiler. Bring to a boil and
remove from heat. Add
powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts, mix well. Spread on cooled cake.
