    List of Ingredients




    1 � Cups Roast Beef cut into � in. cubes
    1 � Cups cubed cooked potatoes
    1 Cup Sliced cooked carrots
    � Cup chopped onion
    1 Cup Grated American cheese
    1 Tbs. Chopped pimento
    � Cup Meat gravy
    2/3 Cup Miracle Whip
    1 Pkg. Corn bread mixture

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except corn bread mixture. Heat; pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with corn bread batter. Bake 375-400 degrees per corn bread instructions. Bake until corn bread in golden.
