These freeze well before or after cooking. If you�re freezing them before, just make them up, put them in the pan, and freeze it. Don�t make the sauce until you�re ready to cook them. Take them out of the freezer and let them thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking.
List of Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 lbs. ground beef
2 c. quick oats
2 eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form into 15 meatballs (about 1/2 c. of mixture each). Place in single layer in a 9 X 13� pan. Cover with sauce and bake 1 hour.
Sauce: 2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. liquid hickory smoke flavoring
1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
