    List of Ingredients


    • 4 qt. thinly sliced cucumbers
    • 1 qt. onions, sliced
    • 3 cup cauliflower
    • 1 green pepper, cut up
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 1/3 cup salt
    • Syrup:
    • 3 cup vinegar
    • 5 cup sugar
    • 2 Tbsp mustard seed
    • 1 tsp turmeric


    Instructions


    1. Simmer cauliflower 2 minutes with 2 Tbsp sugar added to water.
    2. Cool.
    3. Combine all ingredients. Cover with ice cubes. Mix well and let stand 3 hours. Drain.
    4. Pour syrup over the vegetables. Bring just to boil. Seal in hot jars. Chill before serving.
