List of Ingredients



• 1 medium zucchini
  
• 1 cup chopped green pepper
  
• 1 cup chopped onion
  
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  
• 15 oz tomato sauce
  
• 1 tsp oregano
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• dash pepper
  
• dash hot pepper seeds
  






Instructions



1. Cut zucchini into bite size chunks and place in saucepan.
   
2. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
   
3. Reduce heat and simmer until tender.
