    • 1 PKG HAM SEASONING (CUT IN CUBES)
    • 1 ONION (CHOPPED)
    • 2 LG CAN TOMATOES (RUN THROUGH BLENDER)
    • 2 RED POTATOES (CUBED)
    • 1 PKG PASTA (BUCATINI)
    • 1 PK CHEDDAR CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. IF YOU SAVE BACON DRIPPINGS, BROWN THE HAM OFF IN THE BACON GREASE. IF NOT, USE OLIVE OIL
    2. AFTER BROWNED, REMOVE AND DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL.
    3. IN THE SAME POT (ADD ADDL OIL IF NECESSARY) ADD TOMATOES, AND THE HAM BACK IN THE MIXTURE
    4. SALT & PEPPER
    5. COOK FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES
    6. MEANWHILE, COOK YOUR PASTA
    7. IN A LARGE CASSEROLE DISH SPRAYED WITH PAM, ADD THE FIRST LAYER OF PASTA. COVER THE PASTA WITH TOMATO/HAM SAUCE. ADD THE SECOND LAYER OF PASTA. COVER WITH THE TOMATO/HAM SAUCE. BE GENEROUS WITH THE SAUCE. IT SHOULD BE VERY WET.
    8. TOP WITH GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE.
    9. BAKE FOR 10-15 MINUTES @ 350 DEGREES (UNTIL CHEESE MELTS)
