    • 5 LBS RED OR WHITE POTATOES
    • 1 DOZ BOILED EGGS (GRATED)
    • 5-6 STALKS CELERY (GRATED)
    • 1/2 ONION (GRATED)
    • 2 TSPS EACH DILL RELISH AND SWEET RELISH
    • MAYONNAISE (BLUE PLATE)
    • YELLOW MUSTARD
    • SALT & LOTS OF BLACK PEPPER
    • DASH OF WINE VINEGAR


    Instructions


    1. COOK POTATOES IN LARGE POT UNTIL VERY TENDER. YOU WANT THE POTATOES ALMOST FALLING APART.
    2. BOIL EGGS IN SEPARATE POT
    3. WHILE POTATOES ARE STILL HOT, TAKE OFF THE SKIN. DROP ONE AT A TIME INTO MIXING BOWL AND CHOP WITH KNIFE. THEY SHOULD FALL APART. NO LARGE CHUNKS
    4. GRATE EGGS INTO POTATO MIXTURE
    5. GRATE CELERY & ONION INTO MIXTURE
    6. ADD PICKLE RELISHES (DILL AND SWEET)
    7. AND SALT & PEPPER
    8. ADD ENOUGH MAYONNAISE TO MOISTEN THE ENTIRE MIXTURE. ADD A COUPLE OF SQUIRTS OF YELLOW MUSTARD. MIX
    9. ADD A LITTLE WINE VINEGAR
    10. DO THE TASTE TEST. SHOULD BE GOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!
