    Chocolate Fudge

    List of Ingredients

    3-6 oz. pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
    1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Line one 8 or 9 inch pan with wax paper. In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the condensed milk. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped nuts and vanilla extract. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan and chill for 2 hours or until firm. Once firm, turn fudge into square cutting board and cut into small squares.
