    Lea & Perrins Spicy Chili

    List of Ingredients




    Makes 8 Servings



    2 lbs. Ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
    1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans, drained
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 can (6 oz.) chopped green chilies
    1/3 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Chili powder
    � tsp. Ground cumin
    � tsp. Salt


    Recipe



    In large saucepot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef; drain. Add onions, pepper and garlic and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste, green chilies, LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce, chili powder, cumin and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 30 minutes. Serve, if desired, sprinkled with shredded cheddar cheese.

    Also delicious served over or with warm corn muffin
