List of Ingredients


2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup cocount
1 [20 oz] can crushed pineapple [with juice]
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions


Mix all ingredients except coconut and nuts. then add coconut and nuts and mix.


Bake at 350F for 45 minutes


icing: 1/2 stick margrine
3 oz cream cheese
milk
10 X sugar [to taste]
Vanilla
