    Noodle Pudding

    List of Ingredients




    Noodle Pudding
    1/4 lb. noodles, cooked and drained
    1 cup sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups sour cream
    8 ounces cream cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese or pot cheese
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/4 cup raisins, white, optional
    1/4 cup nuts, optional

    Grease or spray baking dish. In a large bowl, combine cooked/drained noodles with sugar, eggs, vanilla, sour cream, cream cheese and cottage/pot cheese. Gently blend, pour into prepared baking dish, and sprinkle some of the cinnamon on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes; remove baking dish from oven, top casserole with remaining cinnamon. Add nuts and raisins if desired. Return to oven; bake for 30 minutes more until top is browned. May be baked ahead and reheated (cover with foil, 425 degrees, 20 or 30 minutes).
