Mary's Mother's Shoo Fly Cake

List of Ingredients




1 cup oleo
2 cups brown sugar
4 cups flour
Mix together and save 1 cup of mixture out for topping.

Mix together the following:

2 cups warm water
1 cup baking molasses
1 teaspoon baking soda

Add the above dry ingredients. Grease a 9" x 13" x 2" pan and pour mixture into it. Place reserved crumbs on top. Bake at 375� for approximately 45 minutes.
