    Pumpkin Bundt Cake

    125th Anniversary Commemorative Cookbook.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package yellow cake mix
    • 3.4 oz package instant butterscotch pudding mix
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/4 c. water
    • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    • 1 c. pumpkin [canned or cooked]
    • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    • Whipped Cream [optional]


    Instructions


    1. In bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Beat on low speed 30 seconds then increase to medium speed and beat 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing from pan. Serve with whipped cream if desired.


    Final Comments


    For brand new cooks. When you insert pick it means you take a tooth pick and push it into the center and pull it back out. It does not mean like the meat pop ups you put it in and wait for it to pop up. Don't laugh think how our terms are changing. We oldsters never thought of pop ups.
