In small saucepan heat 1/2 cup heavy cream.
Add 1 tbsp. lobster base.
Reduce to 1/4 of a cup (this will be thick and creamy) Set aside to cool.

Set out 3lbs. cream cheese till softened

Put cream cheese in kitchen aide and blend until smooth.

Then add:�
1/4 cup green onion finely chopped
1 cup 70/30 crab meat
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. worchestshire sauce
Cooled base ( that was set aside)

Mix until blended with processor or mixer
