    Ranchman's Southern Pecan Pie

    Ranchman's Southern Pecan Pie
    (Ranchman's Cafe, Ponder)

    3 egg yolks
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup white corn syrup
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine
    Whole pecans

    Beat together egg yolks, sugar and syrup. Add vanilla and margarine. Mix thoroughly. Place two layers of whole pecans in three unbaked pie shells. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until centers are set.
