�Serves about 15 crab cakes (7 people)

� cups sesame seeds, toasted & ground
� cup lime juice
� tsp. Cayenne, � cup cream, 1.5 tbl. Cliantro, chopped
1.25 lbs. Crab meat, squeezed
2.25 cups of potatoes, boiled & mashed
1.5 each red & green bell peppers, diced
1.5 eggs, beaten
1.5 tbl. Dijon, � tsp. salt, � cup bread crumbs
1.5 tsp. Worchestershire


Recipe




1. Mix all the above ingredients. Shape into crab cakes. 1.5 tsp. sesame oil - � oz. vegetable oil - 1 oz. black bean sauce - � oz chile Aioli 1/8 cup baby greens
2.Saute crab hash in hot vegetable oil
3.Serve with black bean sauce, chile Aioli, & baby greens
