    Creamy Dill Dressing

    Creamy Dill Dressing

    This creamy dressing has no added oil. It's
    made with silken tofu.

    1- 10.5 oz. pkg, firm silken tofu
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or granules
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor or
    blender and blend until completely smooth. Store
    any extra dressing in an airtight container in the
    refrigerator.

    Makes 1 1/2 cups
