    List of Ingredients




    Green Bean Salad German Bohnensalat mit Schmand

    2 cans green beans, drained( I use french style )
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 cup oil
    2 tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. parsley - minced
    1 tbsp. minced onion or ( I use 1 tsp. onion powder )
    salt & pepper
    1 tsp. chives - optional
    1 tsp. dill - optional

    Recipe



    Open the green beans, drain and set aside. Put the sour cream in a bowl, add oil, vinegar, onion
    or onion powder ), salt & pepper. Mix well. Taste for seasoning, then add parsley, or ( chives
    and dill ), add the drained green beans, mix, then chill till ready to serve.
