Old Fashioned Dandelion Salad

1 large bunch dandelions
extra virgin olive oil
salt/pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
wine vinegar




Recipe





Wash dandelions thoroughly and drain. Cut into bite size pieces. Combine 3 parts olive oil to 1 part vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Shake well pour over dandelions and
toss. Serve with crusty bread.
