    Roquefort-blue cheese dressing

    List of Ingredients




    [Crowe]

    1 c mayo
    1 c roquefort and blue cheese
    2 small or 1 lg carton sour cream
    1 tsp prepared mustard
    1 1/2 grated onion
    1 tsp lemon juice

    Tabasco, warcestershire to taste, pinch salt and
    pepper. Mash w/ fork cheeses, add mayo and
    mustard, Then add seasonings, lastly sour cream.
    Makes 1 qt.
