    Tangy French Quarter Salad Dressing

    Served with good, crusty bread, a chef�s salad is a meal in itself. The key to any chef�s salad is fresh lettuce, good meat and/or cheese, and, above all, the dressing. The choice of greens is yours, and the same goes for the meat (usually, whatever is leftover). To bring it all together, try the following great dressing. (This dressing is great for any other salad, too, like pasta salad, or just a garden salad.) It makes a little over a cup of dressing, enough for about 4-6 servings.




    1/3 cup COLAVITA Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 cup red vinegar
    1/2 cup Kraft� Onion Bits Barbecue
    Sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon sugar


    Recipe





    Mix all ingredients, and toss with, or serve over, salad. (Try substituting with your favorite barbecue sauce.)
