    Tomato Basil Curry Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    4-1/4 cup (120ml) servings


    Serve as a dipping sauce for hors d'oeuvres or as a pasta sauce. As delicious as it is versatile!

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil 15ml
    1 tablespoon A Taste of Thai Mussaman Curry Base 15ml
    1 medium tomato, diced 1
    1/4 cup chopped fresh basil 60ml
    1 14 oz. can A Taste of Thai Lite Coconut Milk 1 400ml can



    Recipe



    In saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat.
    Saut� Mussaman Curry Base in oil for 1 minute.
    Add tomato and basil and saut� for 3 minutes.
    Add Lite Coconut Milk and simmer for 5 more minutes. Makes 2 cups (500ml).
