    NOTE:
    Before initiating any diet plan, it is recommended that we visit a specialized doctor, so he can do a detailed examination of the state of our organism and can recommend if we can be placed under a diet plan.

    DIET OF THE SOUP -
    What does it consist of?
    This diet was designed in a hospital of the USA for patients with cardiac problems and excess of weight that needed to lose some weight, before having any surgical operation.

    It is recomended to eat during 7 days what the diet marks, to lose aprox. from 9 to 14 pounds (or 4.50 to 7 kilograms), suppressing the alcohol, flour and its derivatives, candies and carbonated beverages.

    The soup will be eaten when we feel hunger to calm the anxiety. This diet has some restrictions: it cannot be done by people with diabetes, nor those who have chronic renal insufficiency. Therefore, is important to consult a specialist before being placed under this diet plan.

    SOUP PREPARATION:
    It is necessary to cook the vegetables in 10 Quarts or 40 cups of boiling water, (10 liters):
    6 medium onions,
    2 large garlic cloves,
    2 green bell peppers,
    6 fresh tomatoes or 2 large cans of tomato paste or sauce
    1 branch of celery,
    1 large cabbage head
    salt and pepper.

    Preparation:
    Cut all the vegetables and place them in boiling water over low heat. When the vegetables are cooked but crispy, blend them in a blender and refrigerate this soup to take it cold or warm, as it is preferred.

    WAY TO TAKE IT -
    FIRST DAY:
    Eat only soup and fresh fruit, (not bananas). The drinks must be natural juices, coffee or water.

    SECOND DAY:
    Eat fresh or steamed vegetables during the day along with the soup. At night, a cooked potato can be eaten.

    THIRD DAY:
    Eat fresh fruits, steamed or fresh vegetables and the soup. Do not eat bananas nor potatoes. During this third day, we must have lost aprox. between 3 to 6 pounds (or 1.50 and 3 kilograms), depending on each person.

    FOURTH DAY:
    Eat only soup and skimmed milk, (as much milk as the person desires), and 2 or 3 bananas, if like.

    FIFTH DAY:
    Here, we can eat fish, chicken, turkey or beef, in a portion aprox. of 4.50 to 9 ounces (or 125 to 250 grams), and 5 or 6 fresh tomatoes. It is necessary to drink lots of water and eat the soup at least once a day.

    SIXTH DAY:
    Eat the soup at least once a day, meat, 1 or 2 fillets, and all the steamed or fresh vegetables desired.

    SEVENTH DAY:
    Soup at least once. Brown or long grain rice cooked, steamed or fresh vegetables and fruit juices.

    NOTA:
    Se recomienda antes de iniciar cualquier dieta, la visita a un medico especializado, para que el haga un examen detallado del estado de nuestro organismo y recomiende si nos podemos someter a un plan de dieta.

    DIETA DE LA SOPA -
    En que consiste?
    Esta dieta se preparo en un hospital de USA para pacientes con enfermedades cardiacas y con exceso de peso, que necesitaban perder peso antes de someterse a una operacion quirurgica.

    Hay que comer durante 7 dias unicamente lo que marca la dieta para perder de 4.5 a 7 kilos (o de 9 a 14 libras), suprimiendo el alcohol, el harina y sus derivados como pan y pasteles, los dulces y las bebidas gaseosas.

    La sopa es como un comodin que tomaremos cuando sintamos hambre y para calmar la ansiedad. Esta dieta posee algunas restricciones, pues no pueden hacerla las personas con diabetes, ni aquellas que tengan insuficiencia renal cronica. Por lo tanto, es importante consultar a un especialista antes de someterse a este plan de dieta.

    PREPARACION DE LA SOPA:
    Hay que cocer los vegetales en 10 litros o 40 tazas de agua:
    6 cebollas,
    2 dientes de ajo grandes
    2 pimientos verdes,
    6 tomates pelados, o 2 latas grandes de pure o jugo de tomate
    1 rama de apio,
    1 repollo o col, grande
    sal y pimienta.

    Preparacion:
    Se cortan todas las verduras en trozos y se ponen a hervir a fuego lento, cuando ya esten las verduras cocidas pero un poco firmes, se licuan en la licuadora y luego se refrigera la sopa para tomarla fria o caliente, o como se prefiera.

    MODO DE TOMARLA:
    PRIMER DIA:
    Comer solo sopa y fruta fresca, menos platanos. Las bebidas deben ser jugos de fruta naturales, cafe o agua.

    SEGUNDO DIA:
    Durante el dia, comer verduras frescas o cocidas al vapor junto con la sopa. Por la noche se puede comer una papa cocida.

    TERCER DIA:
    Se pueden comer frutas, verduras y la sopa. No comer platanos ni papas. Durante este tercer dia, deberemos haber perdido entre 1.50 y 3 kilos, (o de 3 a 6 libras), dependiendo de la constitucion de cada persona.

    CUARTO DIA:
    Comer solo sopa y leche descremada, (tanta leche como la persona desee), y 2 o 3 platanos, si gusta.

    QUINTO DIA:
    Aqui ya podemos comer carne ya sea de res, de pollo o pescado, en una racion de aprox. 125 a 250 gramos, (de 4.50 a 9 onzas), y 6 tomates frescos, pelados.
    Hay que beber mucha agua y tomar la sopa al menos una vez al dia.

    SEXTO DIA:
    Comer la sopa al menos una vez al dia. Carne, aprox. 1 o 2 filetes, y toda la verdura fresca o cocida al vapor que se desee.

    SEPTIMO DIA:
    Comer la sopa al menos una vez al dia. Arroz integral de trigo o blanco, verduras frescas o cocidas al vapor y jugos de fruta.
